DEFINITION : Children's rights are a set of rules of international law that protect people until a certain age. Each and every one of the children's rights are inalienable and indispensable, so that no one can violate them or ignore them under any circumstances. Several documents enshrine the rights of children internationally, including the Declaration of the Rights of the Child and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

PARTICULAR SITUATION WHEN CHILDREN RIGHTS ARE NOT RESPECTED :  

As armed conflict extends around the world, a growing number of children are expuestyos to the brutalities of war. Children are recruited, forsoza or voluntarily by armed groups or military forces, children can easily manipulate them to enlist, or poverty and discrimination can lead to join armed groups.

BASIC CHILDREN RIGHTS : 
   
1- Childrens have right to life.
 




 2- Childrens have right to a health.
 


3- Childrens have right to rest, leisure, play, creativity and recreation.
 




 4- Childrens have right to freedom of expression and to share their views with others.
 



5- Childrens have right to a name and nationality.
 


6- Childrens have right to a family. 






7- Childrens have right to a protection during armed conflict.
 







8- Childrens have right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion.
 





 9- Childrens have right to a protection against neglect or negligent treatment.
 




 10- Childrens have right to  a protection against child labor and economic exploitation in general.
 




11- Childrens have right to education, which shall be free and compulsory, at least in the elementary stage
